Res Ingold, who was born in Burgdorf, Switzerland, in 1954, teaches at the art academy in Munich. Since 1982, alongside numerous exhibitions and performances in Europe and the USA, he has worked on the project Ingold Airlines. He founded this airline as a concept existing in virtual space, but he manages it like an actual business with 'real' activities and advertising.
